The sixth principle is that the difference in wealth among people in itself does not give a person either superiority or inferiority. Verse 13:26 of Holy Quran,

 ALLAH extends provision for whom He wills and restricts [it]. And they rejoice in the worldly life, while the worldly life is not, compared to the Hereafter, except [brief] enjoyment.

Affluence, like poverty, is also seen as a trial from ALLAH Almighty, one through which it is seen what one will do with their affluence indulge oneself or use constructively in ways legislated in the religion,

ALLAH Almighty says in verse 64:15 of Holy Quran,

 Your wealth and your children are but a trial, and ALLAH has with Him a great reward

Said one who had knowledge from the Scripture, “I will bring it to you before your glance returns to you.” And when [Solomon] saw it placed before him, he said, “This is from the favour of my Lord to test me whether I will be grateful or ungrateful. And whoever is grateful – his gratitude is only for [the benefit of] himself. And whoever is ungrateful – then indeed, my Lord is Free of need and Generous.”

ALLAH Almighty is not concerned with the quantity of wealth a person may have collective, their beauty or colour, but rather, His measure of honour is the piety of the hearts.  ALLAH Almighty says in verse 49:13 of Holy Quran,

 O mankind, indeed We have created you from male and female and made you peoples and tribes that you may know one another. Indeed, the most noble of you in the sight of ALLAH is the most righteous of you. Indeed, ALLAH is Knowing and Acquainted.

FIVE PILLARS OF ISLAM (PART 2)

The 4th pillar is roza, saum or fasting. Fasting for Muslims, especially during the Holy month of Ramadan, is a way to become enhanced enlightened.
